I’m Stella Dove, Inner Child Healer.

 

This work is steady and relational.
It is about creating the safety required for the parts of you that learned to survive to finally exhale.

I developed a structured immersion process to support this work, blending clinical hypnosis, somatic regulation, and subconscious integration to create lasting internal safety.

I’ve spoken at the House of Lords and the European Parliament, but the heart of this work is not prestige. It’s lived understanding.

I know what it feels like to believe healing is for other people.

That voice that says, “It might work for others, but not for me. I’m too broken.”
I’ve heard it too. I’ve lived it.

I have rebuilt from collapse. Sat with shame. Chosen healing when it felt impossible.

My Experience with Stella
