Terms & Conditions

Emotional Recalibration Therapy with Stella Dove PDCH MBSCH

By booking any session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Work

  • Emotional Recalibration Therapy is a trauma-informed, therapeutic process combining clinical hypnotherapy, somatic practice, and emotional integration.

  • It is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention.

  • I do not diagnose or prescribe. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, you are responsible for continuing that care alongside our work.

2. Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions before, during, and after sessions.

  • By booking, you confirm you are willing to explore your emotional landscape and take part in the process.

  • If you are in crisis, feeling unsafe, or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, you must seek immediate support from your GP, emergency services, or a crisis helpline.

3. Confidentiality

  • Everything shared in session is treated with respect and confidentiality.

  • Exceptions: if there is serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or legal obligations to disclose.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged at full session rate (unless agreed otherwise).

5. Payment

  • All payments must be made in advance via the booking system (Calendly/Stripe).

  • Packages or intensives must be used within the agreed timeframe.

6. Recording & Materials

  • Any recordings or materials provided are for your personal use only.

  • They must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. Outcomes

  • While many clients experience profound shifts, no specific results can be guaranteed.

  • The work is a collaborative process; your commitment to integration practices between sessions will support your outcome.

8. Agreement

By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
